Reservation and Payment

Once items are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to reserve those items for your date.

Rental Period and Rates

Our rental period covers the day of the event. We offer same day delivery and pick up unless otherwise requested. Additional fees for extending the rental period may apply. Charges apply regardless of usage during the rental period.

Changes and Cancellations

Need to make changes? No worries! Just give us at least two weeks notice before your event to avoid a 50% service fee. Cancellations or reductions within one week of delivery/pickup will incur the full rental rate. There is a grace provision for events canceled due to dangerous weather conditions or serious circumstances outside of the client’s control.

Cleaning and Care

We appreciate your help in keeping our items in top condition! Please return items free of debris and as close to the original condition as possible. We handle the actual cleaning and sanitizing.

Lost or Damaged Items

While in your care, you are responsible for our rental items. In case of damage or loss, the full replacement cost will be invoiced to your account.

Delivery and Pickup

We deliver to the following counties: Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Yolo and Sacramento. We strive to go above and beyond in our delivery and pickup services. We are based out of the City of Sonoma. Delivery within 10 miles of the City of Sonoma, CA is free. Delivery fee beyond 10 miles varies depending on location. Set up excluding glassware is also included in the rental price. Difficult locations with excessive staircases, no elevator access for various floor levels, and/or great distance from delivery trucks may incur an additional fee.

Prices and Changes

Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will always strive to keep you informed of any adjustments. Once the deposit is received for reserved items, your rental price will be locked in for that event. We’re excited to be part of your event and are here to make your rental experience seamless and enjoyable!
